FAQ
What should I budget for my logo design?
We charge $125 to have your logo designed. This includes a 1-hour consultation to discover who you are, what your business is, who your target audience is, and more!
Do you also design brand guidelines?
Yes, we offer all graphic design services and provide all typography and branding colors and generic templated designs based on your brand that you can use right away.
Is there anything you don't do?
Our goal is to be a one-stop shop for any marketing needs that you may have as a business owner. But there are some things that we don't do in house. We have trusted partners that we refer out to and can quarterback any project that you are unsure of how to handle or any details that you may need from us to get that job done.
Do you just provide installation services?
Yes. We offer installation services for any vinyl project within the Edmonton and greater area. We will also travel outside of Edmonton and outside of the province for any installs that are needed. If you're looking for one shop that can organize a mass install of graphics within a certain time frame, please reach out and we'd be happy to help you.
When is the best time to get my graphics done?
This completely depends on what you're looking to have done and in what application. We always recommend that you start with getting a logo done or if you have a logo that is low quality, getting it recreated is important. Then we can help you with whatever project you're looking to have done.
If you're a brand new business or an existing business, we would love to help you get your branding done right off the bat as a new business to make sure that your messages getting across to the appropriate audience, or help you with a rebrand as an existing business to ensure that going forward, all of your messaging is consistent. Check out our branding packages to see what you should approximately be budgeting depending on what all you're looking to get your logo put onto.
How often should I rebrand?
The average small business never updates their logo. But larger brands such as Coca-Cola often update their branding every 7 to 10 years. You should consider rebranding your company only if you feel that your messaging is outdated or you're not reaching the target audience that you're after. If there's also a large shift in the client base that you're looking to reach, you may want to consider just changing a couple colors in your logo or simplifying your font. A rebrand doesn't necessarily mean that you are changing your logo and changing your company colors. It could be as simple as just making a small shift to ensure that your brand is still relevant to yourself or your audience. If you are interested in having your brand reevaluated then give us a shout!
Can I apply a vehicle wrap onto a vehicle that has rust?
Quick answer is no. We have connections to trusted body shops within the city to get rid of rust and fix your vehicle properly. Unfortunately, vehicle wrap vinyl does not stick to rust on any vehicle.
Do I need to wash my vehicle before I bring it in?
While you don't have to bring your vehicle in freshly washed, there is an extra charge if your vehicle is covered in mud. If you have taken your vehicle mudding recently or you often drive on gravel roads, then to avoid this additional charge, it is recommended that you take your vehicle to a wand wash and spray it off as best as possible. We will still wash the vehicle again when it arrives and then again if any disassembly is required to ensure that no dirt or additional contaminants are left over that could potentially go underneath the vinyl or paint protection.
Do you offer window tint?
Yes, we currently carry the full line of XPEL tints in a variety of shades for automotive, residential or commercial applications. This also includes security films and window frostings.
How often does a site check need to be done prior to installation?
Almost always. Depending on what we are doing for each client, these site checks do vary. If we are doing a vinyl installation for a company that is out of town and relying on us to provide measurements then we will go and get that for them. Alternatively, if measurements are already provided and vinyl is being shipped to us, we still like to go and double check to make sure that the measurements taken were taken properly.
For smaller jobs more often than not, they don't require a site check, especially if we're just doing a small decal install. The site checks don't cost anything additional for the clients. We just prefer to have them done to ensure that we provide the best service possible.
Do you need to see my vehicle before wrapping it?
Most of the time, yes. For commercial wrap installs, we do prefer to see the vehicle prior to installation so that we can take proper measurements and have graphics ready prior to the vehicle arriving on site. For most personal wrap clients, we just require the year, make and model of the vehicle to ensure that we order enough film to complete the entire wrap.
How do I book an appointment?
You can call, text, or email us to book an appointment. We are almost always available to come to your site so that we can get measurements at the same time and make everything streamlined.
Do you charge for rush service?
Yes and no. Most of our products are turned around in less than 48 hours. Some products that we have to order in such as promotional products that need to be branded or apparel that needs to be embroidered do take longer than this unless we have the products in stock. We will always let you know a rough time frame that your products will be ready.
If you require a rush on any products that we do not have in stock currently, then we do charge a rush fee that typically covers shipping of the products to our location.
